GETTING AROUND

A mixture of buses and e-trikes will help you get around the island.

e-Trikes

There are plenty of e-trikes available in Boracay. They can take you from the port directly to our condo. They do not pass frequently within the estate but you can ask Reda to call one for you. This can be handy if you are trying to catch a plane early in the morning and the bus is not an option.

You may also need to get an e-trike back to the condo if you stay out past the last Hop On Hop Off bus (9PM). Just flag them down on the road.

Please note, the cost from the condo to a location is higher than the cost when you flag a trike. This is because the driver charges a fee to travel to the condo to pick you up. Reda also charges a small fee for her service.

Hop On Hop Off (HOHO) bus

There is a bus service in Boracay managed by Southwest Tours. The buses run directly in front of the condo so it really makes it easier to go to other destinations on the island.

The bus runs from 5 AM to 9 PM. It goes to all destinations from the northern most tip (e.g. Puka beach) to the port in the south.

The routes are very consistent going from the condo (about every 15 to 25 minutes), but the bus always goes to Puka beach and this adds about 10 minutes to the direct route to CitiMall and D’Mall. I have provided some bus passes that you can use for the bus. These passes give you “local” pricing which is really cheap (25 pesos to D-Mall and 50 pesos to the port). They most likely will not have any load the first time you use them so be prepared to reload them.

Please leave them in the condo when you leave so the next guests can benefit from the bus passes.

Getting Around Within the Estate

The Comet Shuttle is free to use and it runs a loop through the Estate entrance to the Keyhole. The shuttle runs every half hour from 7 AM to 9:30 AM and every hour from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Times are starting from the Estate entrance so it should arrive in front of the condo a few minutes after the departure time. Return times from the beach to the condo should be about 15 minutes after the departure time.

You can always use the HOHO bus service If the timing doesn’t work for you. The bus charges 10 pesos for short trips within the Estate.
