The balcony is nice with a magnificent view of the golf course and ocean. It is especially nice when there is a breeze. (which is often the case)

Our kitchen has all the appliances you might need: microwave, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, kettle and toaster oven.
There is an electric cooker with 2 elements. The pots and pans are located beneath the cooker and dishes and glasses are located above the sink.
There is always some drinking water in the 25-liter bottle on the washing machine. If you require more during your stay, just contact us and will deliver a new bottle. The cost is 100 pesos.

There is a dedicated space to have your meals.

Our modern bedroom has a queen size bed, a floor to ceiling window overlooking the golf course and a 32″ HD TV. The room is air conditioned and adjoins to the bathroom.

Hot water in only available the bathroom. You can enjoy a hot shower in our modern bathroom!

Towels and linens There are a lot of towels and additional linens. Feel free to change the linens as need but do not wash them. My property manager will have them washed. Wash the towels as needed.

There are 2 pools at Oceanway, but only 1 is in service now. It is clean, but not heated and is located between clusters A and B. Just ask any guard or other staff for directions to get there.

The private beach is equipped clean washrooms and plenty of lounge chairs and even food vendors. It’s a perfect place to experience the beauty of Boracay beaches without the crowds on Station 1, 2 and 3 (white beach).
